The Process

The Process

Property staging is more complex than you may think! In order to make the process as profitable as possible, this process is a general guide to KLM Studio’s work flow that incorporates the client’s unique needs and requests.

* For a virtual stage…

Once the proposal is finalized and the Agreement is signed, KLM Studio will virtually stage your space. The client will receive the agreed upon quantity of images via email to use in the selling of their home.

On-site walk through

To understand the space and the goals of the project, we will arrange for an on-site appointment. At this appointment, we will discuss everything from design objectives, scheduling, to realistic costs.

Proposal

The proposal will include an outline of the design plan for the project, pricing, and scheduling. After the contact is reviewed and signed, and the deposit is received, we will confirm a staging date.

Design Process

KLM Studio will consider all of the objectives of the project and select the appropriate furnishings and life style accessories necessary for the stage.  Pre-design happens at our studio to ensure that the time on the site will be used as efficiently as possible.

Stage Installation

Installing a staging project commonly takes one day, but will depend on the extent of the scale of the project.

Stage De-installation

Generally, a stage is contracted for a period of a minimum of 30 days, with the option to extend if necessary.  After the closing date of the property, a date will be scheduled to remove the stage.
