Interview
A successful designer-client relationship is contingent on good communication. Once our clients have expressed all your goals for their home improvement project, we help clarify by asking questions. We assist our clients with determining their top priorities, approximate budget, and discuss ideas on how to achieve their goals most effectively.
Execute
Once the client is ready to move forward, we proceed to implement the plan. This entails drawing final floor plans, selecting furniture, fixtures, finishes, and equipment, as well as placing orders, making payments, tracking shipments, and managing deliveries & installations. We handle every detail and see the project through its final phase.
Identify
Once we have identified the client’s needs and wants, we first conduct a "style profile analysis" to identify what makes the client happy. We sit down with the client and review hundreds of images of different styles of rooms to see what they gravitate toward. At this point, we are able to make appropriate design choices in the execution phase of the project. We create concept drawings that help the client to better visualize the design that has been created by both the client and KLM Studio.
