A home staging consultation is a very detailed discussion and review of what needs to be completed to the property before the sellers list it in order to get the best possible price.
KLM Studio can assist in providing an action plan with the goal of getting the property listing in its most marketable condition for optimal buyer traffic. We can provide valuable tips and smart staging solutions so that the home’s positive features are emphasized!
While walking through the property, we provide specific details starting from the walk up to the front door (curb appeal), to the entry/ foyer, followed by all the other rooms of the property.
During the consultation, we will answer any and all questions and discuss everything from paint color options when and where needed, to de-cluttering tips, as well as art work and furniture placement. Staging tips and strategies are discussed during the consultation. The price of the consultation is based on an hourly fee, depending on the size and the condition of the property.
